2024 Vendor Information

2025 vendor registration opens December '24.

The Idaho Health Care Conference (IHCC) invites you to participate in the 32nd annual statewide conference series in May 2025.

 

Exhibitor space may be limited, be sure to register soon for the select location(s). Exhibitor’s registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Details

Exhibit rooms are set up conventional-style with 6-foot tables and chairs.

• Indicate on the registration if you need electricity.

• Wireless internet connections available for all spaces. If you want a different type of connection, please note this on registration.

• Network with other exhibitors while attendees are in session.

• Arrive by 7 a.m. at conference venue. We will communicate if the venue can accommodate early set up.

We welcome booth decorations and door prizes to fit the conference theme, Rock 'N Roll.  We encourage your company to donate door prizes to be given away at the last break of the day. Winners must be present to win. Your company will be recognized for donating door prizes during the drawing if you choose to participate.

Exhibitor Tiers
Three tier options: Early registration discount of 5% for all levels if paid in full by March 15th

PLATINUM LEVEL
Cost: $850- This sponsorship offers maximum exposure and involvement with the IHCC. $850 price is based on attending single event. $1,700 price for attending 2 events. $2,550 price for attending all 3 events.

  • One Exhibitor Booth at location(s) – 6ft table and chairs 

  • First choice of exhibit location

  • Introduction by the President and the opportunity to address the attendees at the Closing General Session (Remarks limited to three (3) minutes)

  • Sponsorship of attendee lunch – vendor logo/flyer given with lunch

  • Sponsorship of refreshments – logo and thank you sign on table.

  • Company logo on conference registration webpage

  • Company logo will be displayed on exhibitor conference signage.

  • Company Name/Logo displayed on Platinum Level conference signage (only level to receive this signage)

  • Opportunity to have a sponsored speaking session (limited to thirty (30) minutes) Class included on conference schedule.

  • Verbal recognition at the Opening and Closing General Sessions

  • Recognition on PowerPoint slides of all class sessions

  • Quarter-page ad in conference pamphlet (IHCC has final approval)

  • Company logo with link and description on conference sponsors webpage

  • Pre- and post-attendee contact list

  • Insertion of one (1) piece of promotional literature in attendee registration bag (IHCC has final approval; exhibitor to send directly to conference site)

  • Platinum Sponsor ribbon to wear at conference.

           Cost includes placement in on-site program
           Design needed by March 1, 2024

Ad Requirements: We prefer a high-resolution PDF. Photos/images MUST be high resolution and received in the file size you wish to have it printed.

GOLD LEVEL
Cost: $600 - $600 price is based on attending a single event. $1,200 price for attending 2 events. $1,800 price for attending all 3 events.

SILVER LEVEL

Cost: $450 - $450 price is based on attending a single event. $450 price for attending 1 event. $900 price for attending 2 events. $1,350 for attending all 3 events

  • Company name will be displayed on exhibitor conference signage

  • Company logo on conference registration webpage

  • Post-attendee contact list

  • Verbal recognition at the Opening and Closing General Sessions

Payment Options

We take check, cash or credit/debit card payments. 
If you are using a credit/debit card, the payment buttons are located under each vendor tier. An invoice will be sent separately to the email used to submit the payment.  Payment buttons will be activated in 2025 for the 2025 event series.

Vendor payments are nonrefundable with the exception of the event being cancelled.
In which payments will be refunded in full or applied to future events at the choice of the vendor.
