This year's conference theme is Stranger Things — and we'd love for you to dress the part! 1980s attire is encouraged, not required, so come as festive or as low-key as you like.

Ideas to get you started:

• Denim jackets, band tees, or high-waisted jeans

• Leg warmers, scrunchies, or a high ponytail

• Neon colors and retro accessories

• Full costume energy (Eleven, Hawkins High, Demogorgon-adjacent — we won't judge)

Prefer to keep it professional? No problem — a small themed touch (a pin, a pop of neon, retro socks) is more than enough to join the fun while staying business casual.
